FORIN optical fiber CATV receiver has been designed to receive optical wavelengths of 1310nm to 1550nm and convert them to a cable television with compatible RFoutput between 45~862MHz.

A high performance photo detector is used to deliver an extremely flat RF output from 45~862 MHz. The receiver incorporates a power-doubling hybrid RF amplifier that ensures an extremely linear signal. FORIN has an optional reverse path optical transmitter for 5~200 MHz, with FP laser or DFB laser.
